Sorry - same guy runs Rock Gold VA and Pure Performance and from what I know of the record of Rock Gold (which is all I know) it's a strong program. I have attempted to figure out how to just book a lane at Pure Performance and it was unclear to me, even after asking, how to make that work. So I have no informed opinion on the place other than that they'd be way easier to use with an SF3 model of letting you book lanes whenever and get in the door with a code. |
| Perfect Performance is unrelated to Pure Performance. Perfect Performance sucks (also coming at this from knowledge of their softball program as well as winter conditioning). I have no experience with or opinion about Pure Performance except that yes, the Rock Gold teams generally perform well. |
They have an amazing performance training program. Strongly recommend for all athletes. If people had a negative experience with another sport, don't let that deter you. |
|
I'd strongly recommend you try Perfect Performance for your self, do a free trial and see what you think. They have great coaches, new staff, and my kids love it.

Their coaches were downright verbally abusive towards the kids on the spring lax team to the point where the ref had to tell him that if he didn't shut up he would be removed from the game. This was freakin youth lacrosse. |
They didn't ask about McLean Youth Lacrosse at all. They asked about Perfect Performance. They are different (regardless of who owns it). So per the original question, the coaches at Perfect Performance are great, they genuinely care about your athlete, and care about your improvement. If you want performance training, and your athlete wants to get better go there. Coach Luke and Coach Davis have been absolutely amazing for my boys. |

| So it is pretty clear Perfect Performance,'s owner has entered the chet. The point about McLean lacrosse is when Bucky sold the program to Perfect Perforamnce. It took all of 2 years for mclean parents to run. It is an awful.organization. |
| Peak Performance is great |
Perfect performance also ruined the field hockey program that they acquired. |
| My son got a lot out of perfect performance- I thought it was great over the summer for strength and agility. IMHO it was great to pair with the HS conditioning program as the HS off season workouts devolve into a social scene. (Not that I’m against the kids socializing but not a lot of work gets done) |
| We had a good experience and perfect performance for off-season football training. |
