Any experiences good or bad with Perfect Performance in Tysons?

NP. I’d like feedback on their agility classes. Interested for a middle school boy.

My son enjoyed the various classes there (speed, agility, strength, sports-specific). Their billing system isn’t perfect so keep an eye on that so you don’t sign up to pay for months you’re not using the facility.

I’m also looking at agility classes and football sessions and would love anyone’s feedback if they have had middle school/teen boys at Perfect Performance in Tysons. Thanks!

Based on my negative experience with the owner and the field hockey program I do not recommend.

Not sure if that answered the question of whether there is any connection between the two. You don't like Rock Gold as a travel team or Pure Performance as a training facility or both?

Capstone for speed and strength training!

They bought the McLean lacrosse organization and ruined the to the ground in 2 years.I am not sure how one cando so much damage in 2 years short years.


As a result, parent and community members are setting up anew lacrosse McLean organization not associated with Perfect Performance for lacrosse this spring.

I would stay away from such a poorly run organization.
