Breastfeeding requires 450-500 calories a day so you are really not eating enough/throwing off your metabolism IMO.

I couldn’t lose the weight until I stopped nursing. I feel like nursing helped me initially shed weight, but then I’d hold onto 10 lbs until I was done.

I also feel like my baseline changed with my third child and those 5-10 lbs are just here to stay.

OP, why do you need to lose those last 7 pounds? Seriously. If your scale said 130, and you looked the same as you do now, would you be ok with that? If so, then I hereby declare you to be 7 pounds lighter. Congratulations! Go forth and conquer!
