What brand of refrigerator…

Don’t Kitchen Aid. Everything has problems 2 years in.

At that price point, a fridge with bottom freezer, flush with cabinets
A typical standard home Depot fridge is for a $300k house

Disagree. I've had great experiences with numerous kitchenaid appliances over the past decade. Fridge is like a tank

A Sub-Zero glass door refrigerator is quite possibly the most beautiful thing in all of God's creation.

Only if you have a chef/housekeeper to keep it spotless and organized.

Excuse me… staying in your home for 5-10 YEARS is a long time! Girl, get yourself your fancy ass fridge. You’ll be looking at it every single day for many many years.

We just bought a 36" LG that makes the craft ice cubes for drinks.

Also disagree. We have a 16 year old SS Kitchen Aid and it stills works great.

It depends on the market. Here in DC 800K is a mid range home and should have mid range appliances. Home Depot type is fine.

FYI LG and Samsung have been impossible to get parts to fix problems for years.

Yes. My sister dumped her Samsung for this reason.

Agreed. You also need a specialized repair person and the parts are difficult to obtain. My repair person recommends anything but those two…

We just ordered a 36inch thermadore that I am VERY excited about. Came to about 8k? Apparently the ice is so good. I love good ice.
