Popcorn

I have one of those silicone bowls for making popcorn in the microwave -- it's great. Some oil (whatever kind you like), the kernels, and whatever seasonings you like, and you get popcorn in like 3 minutes that's better than microwave. Highly recommend. You have to tweak the times and power levels a bit to adjust for your microwave, but it's just as easy as the stuff in the bag, but without the weird chemicals (and you can use whatever flavors you want. We like garlic salt and Old Bay seasoning, but try lots of different spice blends.)

Me too. I just used mine for the first time. It doesn't require any oil and its super easy: https://www.uncommongoods.com/product/collapsible-popcorn-popper?utm_source=google%20surfaces&utm_medium=organic&flow_country=US&aw_cid=1067452262&aw_aid=51988624466&aw_dev=c&aw_loc=9061285&aw_key=&aw_mtype=&aw_net=g&aw_ad=253153795843&aw_pos=&aw_shopid=48889&aw_prod_partid=1394503208549&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI5ejNodyd9QIVvwaICR3A1QRKEAQYASABEgIVjfD_BwE

Put 3 kernels in and once they pop, add 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels. Pull the pot of the burner and count to 30. Put the pot back on the burner and put a lid on a hit ajar and wait until the popping stops. Perfect popcorn every single time and every single kernel is popped.

Same here! Can't imagine it getting much better than that, with grass fed butter and salt.

I've never done this (I use a hot air popper), but know more than 1 person who started a kitchen fire doing this.

How?? I’m another poster who does it this way. I can’t imagine how a fire would start anymore than when I use my stove for other cooking.
