When did you start to get incontinence??

it is quite common for late 40s females

Just talk to your primary care doctor and get a referral. It can be any number of things. For me, it was a prolapsed uterus causing the incontinence.

Yikes. 52 and I don't have it.

I have been an athlete my entire life and do a very core heavy workout. I had 2 vaginal deliveries.

Does being in very good shape prevent it? I think I have a very strong pelvic floor.
