What to serve with a bagel and lox board ?

One of my favorite foods period is breakfast potatoes (usually Yukon golds with peppers and onions). They take some time but the frozen ones from Trader Joe's are pretty solid.

Disagree with the Noodle kugel. Does not go well with it. Don’t lu
P it in there because it is “Jewish. I recommend sliced avocado because the creamy avocado goes well with lox, and is an alternative to the cream cheese. They have a delicious lox / avocado toast on French brunch menus

We added fresh fruit, cukes, and garnished medium boiled eggs. Couldn’t find a nice avo in time.

Appreciate the suggestions. We had quiche the day before so def in the brekkies mindset.
