| I have all the reg topping, red onion, capers, tomato, cream cheese. What to serve alongside to make it a fuller meal? Salad? Fruit? Eggs? Bacon? A veggie? |

Sliced cucumbers
My family usually makes a big pan of scrambled eggs and bunch of bacon, but I wouldn’t do much more than that. |
| I would do bacon. I like to serve a breakfast strata alongside bagels & lox. Fruit is nice too (although I personally don’t like winter fruit enough to do this) |
|
I would want a fruit or vegetable salad.
Bacon and eggs would be nice, but also fine without. |
| Pickles, olives, hardboiled eggs. Bagels and lox are a very full meal - don’t need much more. |
| As someone who doesn't eat cream cheese or lox, I'd appreciate eggs and fruit to go with my bagel. |
| Fruit salad definitely. And agree with sliced cucumbers. |

Scrambled eggs and fruit salad. A protein and something sweet to balance all the savory.
Cucumbers on bagels are my favorite so do that. If serving a larger group, consider a non-dairy topper like hummus. |
| Mixed berries with optional yogurt. |
I have cashew cream cheese (I’m dairy free), the hummus is a great idea. Thank you! Added cukes to list. |
Also dried and fresh fruit. |
| Quiche and a fruit salad |
| Agree with pp. Quiche for protein/non-carb people, and I'd do a fruit salad as well. |
| Stratas and quiche usually have bread/crust and if I am having a bagel I don’t want more carbs. I like the suggestions for scrambled eggs, fruit and yogurt. |
