As long as it takes to figure out a way to magically create new people to hire to fill their empty positions, but more likely as long as it takes to figure out a way that doesn’t involve DC eventually paying out a large sum wrongful termination settlement.

Teaching is a high needs field. Especially the 3 that take the most skill to teach (sped, math, science).
