Op, I make homemade breakfast cookies. Combine 1/2 cup egg white, muesli, almond butter, chia, slow cook oats and apple pie spice. It’s a bit wet, but just mound on parchment paper and bake. Ingredients can be swapped out with almond flour, diced cranberries, mini chocolate chips, etc. bake at 375 until firm. Then refrigerate. |
