I would vomit if i ate this much food described here in the morning. I do coffee with 1 oz. whole milk from 6am-9am (2 cups.)

Then, I eat a slice of toast with peanut butter. I have to wait til lunch (1pm) to do any heavy protein.

Op, I make homemade breakfast cookies. Combine 1/2 cup egg white, muesli, almond butter, chia, slow cook oats and apple pie spice. It’s a bit wet, but just mound on parchment paper and bake. Ingredients can be swapped out with almond flour, diced cranberries, mini chocolate chips, etc. bake at 375 until firm. Then refrigerate.
