I had one at 16w3d and was told boy only to be told girl at 20w0d.

The 16 week was for dating purposes.... suffice to say after DC1 I never got my period back so I didn't know I was pregnant. I may have been possible but I was too busy being in shock at seeing a big ass baby instead of a little tadpole to ask.

I found out the sex during my 20-week ultrasound which happened at around 18 weeks. Sometimes 16 weeks is too early to tell the sex, from what I've heard, so you might want to do the u/s near the end of the 16-20 week window if you're dying to find out. (that said, if there's any chance you might need an amnio based on what's seen on the u/s, there's a window for that too.)

Same here. The doc and tech were pretty confident, and they were correct. We saw the lines.
