Honestly my DD is the same, OP. I will let it play out because she is having a great time and learning a lot about teamwork. She is late to puberty and quite small. If things don’t pick up over the next year, I may encourage a sport with a bit less of a requirement for aggression.

No cut teams are garbage, let's just be honest. If your kid is the weakest link stop dragging everyone else down.

My ds is on the better team for his age and we don't "have it" as parents because we're not willing to push him as his peers get pushed. So, ds does not "have it" but he loves playing way too much for me to take him out. The moment he says he's done I will support him but I don't think you should quit while your kids still loves to play just because they're not the best.
