+1 When we go to my ILs they always have a turkey and a ham (it's a big crowd). Last year when it was just us my kids requested that we just do ham since that's what they normally eat. |

We did prime rib for Christmas, and it was wonderful. Nothing left over at all.
I wanted to do a roast beef for thanksgiving and was out voted. I live with traditionalists. |
| I’m a pescatarian and no one else in my family likes turkey anyway so no turkey for us. We do some type of seafood dish as the main course for thanksgiving and then still have traditional thanksgiving sides like dressing, potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans, Brussels sprouts. And we always have at least a couple pies—pumpkin and apple usually. Sometimes pecan. |
