I use a stone sheet. Mine is Pampered Chef. I’ve had it for probably 10 years. I use it multiple times per week.

I think (maybe) the point is that you shouldn’t. The aluminum seeps into your food while cooking. Cooking on parchment paper lessens metal load into your food

No, not OP. I am not health anxiety lady, but I do believe in clean living. We use no aluminum in our home. Ceramic, stoneware, parchment if needed.
