Depends on what the kid likes. My kids think IHOP is THE most special treat. I would be disappointed if that's where someone suggested for my birthday. But if they're looking for super sweet and lots of whipped cream I guess it works.

There were four of us. A little bit of everything, everyone hated it. No one took more than two bites. Put cash on the table and left.

I have never spoken to anyone that likes it. There is one about about a mile away from my parents in another state and everyone they know hates it as well.
