| May even it should become k-3 only. |
Plenty of space. And the students will come. Don't worry about that! |
The Clarksburg master plan called for five new elementary schools, and Clarksburg #9 will be the fifth one. After that is built, I would prefer MCPS to use its capital budget to relieve the many other overcrowded school buildings in the county. They are leasing 457 portable classrooms this year due to overutilization! |
Of course they won't expand it until they need to. But when the need is there, they will. |
| Hopefully they won't do to Clarksburg what they did to Gaithersburg ES #8 |
Why shouldn't they? (And what did they do?) |
Rocky hill/CHS kids need to stay at the current Clarksburg ES. Little Bennett kids directly across the street should also be moved to CES. They definitely should keep it open considering all the developments along Frederick Rd. |
Why should Little Bennett kids be moved to CES? That would just create a split articulation that's not needed. |
Huh? If some Little Bennett kids were moved to CES, there wouldn't be a split because they could all still articulate to Rocky Hill. |
