BCAAs help
I would do a bike workout if you can, maybe air squats to get the blood moving through there

Take an epsom salt bath

Also add to the upper body heart pumping suggestions above - renegade rows with a push-up, Arnold press and then iso hold, bicep curls (regular, hammer, cross body, Zottman), then an iso hold at the end, high curls with biceps in line with shoulders…so many options!

After an intense weight session, I love a good OTF workout. It just stretches out all the muscles.

I am a cardio/HIIT enthusiast, but have been incorporating more weights into my routine. The problem is the lingering soreness which comes from heavy weights (in this case, too many weighted squats and lunges two days ago). As a result, I don't know what to do today for my workout. Please help!

I am not quite ready to go this far. OP do you have a trainer? Weights and heavy weights are super important as you age. When I do an upper body session we mix in some core and some intense cardio. My heart rate is up most of those sessions. I am a guy and when lifting heavy for upper body lift a lot of weight. Hearty rate is always up from that alone. Maybe you need more weight.

You are out of shape.

Keeping lifting. You'll eventually get less and less sore.
