My kids are Anne and Gus, from my two favorite books, Anne of Green Gables and Lonesome Dove. For #3 I really wanted Mehitabel (Archie and Mehitabel) but had a boy instead, probably luckily, DH says.

Josephine has gotten much more popular in recent years. I have a 4 year old and we know 3 kids with that name (one goes by Jojo and another is a Josie). I think I remember seeing it was climbing the popularity lists back when I was pregnant in 2017. |
