Are hoop earrings back in?

I wear the same gold huggies daily.

I wear hoops everyday, including to work. If you have angular features or a long face they add a nice balance.

I meant medium to big hoops, not the little ones. Where I live, they disappeared about 10 years ago in favor of tiny stud earrings. Wish I live where you do!

Where in the world do you live that hoops disappeared 10 years ago?

They disappeared in white lady instagram, where they were replaced with the "curated" or "constellation" ear. And in DCUM-land, where any earing other than diamond studs is considered to be "too much".

Hoops have never gone out of style.

Yeah, people have been wearing hoops of all sizes over the past 10 years.

I'm the "timeless" poster and yeah, I'm not white, so maybe that's it. I've been wearing the same gold hoops since I was about 16, LOL

I’m 36 and for years my signature earring style has been a diamond stud in the 2nd ear and gold hoops. It looks good to me and is currently back on trend. You don’t see women in hoops because this is DC and everybody here is afraid to show personality in their dress.

Only Regina George can wear hoop earrings. If you wear hoop earrings, you can’t sit with us. Even if your parents got you really nice white gold hoops for Hanukkah

This is me--I've got very similar bone/face structure as Cameron Diaz. Hoops balance out the edges. I'm white, btw, and they'll never be out of style for me!

I'm embracing them more and more as I hit 40 and now dress only to make myself happy. - White/Ashkenazi lady.

Tell me you are white without telling me you are white.

I don’t think hoops ever go out of style although sometimes they are hotter than others. But you can always wear them if you like without being out of fashion. Especially if you’re going for the Latina JLo thing, or even if not (smaller hoops!)

The big fake gold ones with your name in them… Imani, Shanice, Jazmine.
