have had it since i was a kid and amlactin (yes, available at costco) works. you have to be careful with the sun if you use it by the way. also, i don't think you can use it while breastfeeding - i stopped using it while pregnant. it takes a at least a month or so to see noticeable results so you have to apply it religiously.
