Yes, I would expect ODP to keep BY. It’s always been BY dating back to the 90s when it was the feeder for the ynt. Doesn’t serve that purpose anymore and it’s just a supplemental program totally different from club so the age system doesn’t matter much. |

It probably is sticking around for MLSN, and maybe GA. Hence why USSF didn’t just make the switch. That said, i think it’s insane that USSF decided to give the options of BY or 9/1. I’m a SY fan, but I’d have fathered them just stick to BY over the “options” approach. |

Is GA likely because of a random poster 10 pages ago? Undecided is a poor bucket. We’re looking from a pro-SY lens, but from their perspective they have decided. “No change announced” is probably more accurate for MLSnext and GA. |

MLSN will not be divergent from MLSN2 They play the same showcases. Players move between MLSN1 and 2 at the same club. They play in the same U Littles leagues pre MLSN1 and 2. |

Yeah! I just really want my kid to play against kids a grade under…oh wait that’s the thinking the BY cult has….so no nothing changes if it doesn’t change, but the writing is on the wall at this point…you have to suspend common sense to not think it is going to change. |
