Maybe in several years. A baby is just a baby and that don't seem too keen on showing off their kids anyway. There are enough Kardashian kids to fit that niche for now.

It's not a miracle for a 40 year old to have a 2nd child. That's the point and why this is not going to be a headlining grabbing event if/when it happens. Heck, even grandparents are less interested in another grandchild. So there's nothing to keep secret and keep coy about if that's the plan it will be eye roll worthy at best.

Keep secret and play coy? A dozen celebrities have given birth to surprise babies (as in either seen once or not announced at all until after the birth) in 2020. I have friends who've given birth and I couldn't tell you what their kids look like. They'll be crawling before I see them.
