But his initial surgery was initially sold as quick. The cancer diagnosis didn't come until after Kate had announced she was stepping back through Easter.

A British reporter was on camera live TV last week saying he does not have cancer! Someone tried to correct her saying well initially he wasn’t there for cancer, but then he was diagnosed… and she came back saying that’s not what’s wrong with him and I can’t say what it is. 😳

I saw that! No clue why she felt the need to say that.

I agree, it's so odd. The easiest explanation is that she just wasn't wearing the ring for this photo. I do think it was taken the same day as the baby bank video based on the clothes, but it looks like it was taken at home. Maybe she doesn't wear that giant ring 100% of the time at home but always wears it for public events, and this might have just been a photo taken at home (maybe even actually by William) because the kids were dressed up and Kate's hair and makeup were done for the event and they wanted a cute pic of the four of them together.

My hunch is based on the following 1) google pictures of her with the finger bandages, they are from multiple years. clear signs of bulimia. 2) she looked noticeably thinner in Sept-Nov of 2023 vs earlier in the year 3) if you take the car pic with her mom as real, her face appears to have gained weight 4) there is sensitivity with revealing bulimia / eating disorders because of Diana 5) eating disorder treatments take a long time and are consistent with the timeframe originally given

This excuse doesn’t hold water, tbh. The hospital is in a busy part of town and there are tons of cars and people around who could have spotted William. He’s not allowed to go anywhere without 2 protection officers. And my biggest question about that is why would he be bothered by paparazzi photos of him visiting his wife? What’s wrong with caring about your wife? The one time he visited he used the secret back entrance where you have to drive down a narrow alley for a quarter mile to get to a road. Unless he went in the back of an ambulance (which i assume is how Kate left), he didn't visit more than once.

One theory i saw was that William did an internship with MI5/6 to learn how to sneak around. People will make any excuse for the man when the simplest explanation is usually true — he just didn’t go.

Why would anyone try to commit suicide by shooting themself in the stomach. It's unlikely to be immediately fatal (like a head shot), it would just be agonizing and slow and messy. She would just swallow a bunch of pills. Which, maybe she did. She could have taken 100 Tylenol. People think "oh, well, they pump your stomach and you're fine" but not in the case of Tylenol. Many times, you end up surviving, but in liver failure, and you need a liver transplant.
That would explain the possible ambulance trip on Dec 28th, the "planned abdominal surgery" a few weeks later being a liver transplant, the long hospitalization after the surgery, the even longer home recovery after that, and the fact that now her face looks swollen in the one picture in the car because of the massive amount of steroids she is on. A liver transplant is no small thing, and if her goal is to look relatively normal when she re emerges, it's definitely fair to say that will take months from the initial surgery date.
