But why - the Mothers Day 2023 insta photo was from the same photo shoot as the Christmas 2022 shoot; they also used a photo in the same clothes for Kate & Wills’ anniversary in 2023. So old photos shouldn’t matter.

My question is, whoever did the editing, why did they edit out her ring? Photos from the charity event show her wearing it, so one would assume they intentionally edited it out. But why? Bizarre.

I agree, it's so odd. The easiest explanation is that she just wasn't wearing the ring for this photo. I do think it was taken the same day as the baby bank video based on the clothes, but it looks like it was taken at home. Maybe she doesn't wear that giant ring 100% of the time at home but always wears it for public events, and this might have just been a photo taken at home (maybe even actually by William) because the kids were dressed up and Kate's hair and makeup were done for the event and they wanted a cute pic of the four of them together.

I also don't see any obvious photoshopping on her hand itself that would indicate the ring was removed from the photo. I think she just wasn't wearing it.

Yikes! As if Kate would be photoshopping her whole hands like this. They need a better excuse

OMG!! SHE LOST HER HANDS!!!

Dear her fingers are clearly photoshopped. Nothing about this situation is funny.

Will and Kate have to be careful never to upstage Charles and Camilla. This has to be hard to navigate from a PR standpoint because Charles is a pissy twit and Camilla is a hag, former mistress.

My guess is that she did have surgery, and Will and Kate wanted a break while Charles and Camilla’s team didn’t want the younger two grabbing the spotlight. Charles always makes bad decisions and his actions got this mess rolling.

But his initial surgery was initially sold as quick. The cancer diagnosis didn't come until after Kate had announced she was stepping back through Easter.

Are you arguing with Charles' cancer diagnosis (type undisclosed) and treatment?

Of course not, weird that's your take-away.

I'm arguing with the timing. 1. Kate announces she's out for three months. 2. Charles announces he's in for minor surgery. 3. Charles announces he has cancer.

I was rebutting the theory that Will and Kate didn't want to grab the spotlight while Charles was out. But the timing is wrong, because nobody initially suspected Charles had cancer, so a three-month hiatus for the younger crowd wouldn't have been necessary.

lol…no!

It’s interesting, the people you follow.

Eh, these things get passed around. Any comment on the moving index finger knuckle?

No, I’m not a mentally ill conspiracy theorist. You can confab with your people.

+1. It is totally normal to release an old photo in celebration of Mother’s Day or Father’s Day or someone’s birthday. Heck, they could have released a photo from Louis’s christening if they wanted to!

Why won’t they release the unedited photo?

They would gain some credibility if they sent the orginal picture. Liars who dared to lie on Kate's name.

Take your meds.

A British reporter was on camera live TV last week saying he does not have cancer! Someone tried to correct her saying well initially he wasn’t there for cancer, but then he was diagnosed… and she came back saying that’s not what’s wrong with him and I can’t say what it is. 😳

More ad hominems. No explanations. Is somebody paying you, or are you such a royal suck-up that you can't even acknowledge what's in front of your eyes?

They are doing all of this so they can say…

Nah, I think that's why Harry was in London the other week. To do a hit job on Kate at Meghan's behest.

I feel sorry for people that. They fell for the fantasy the family created. It's not true.

There is a video linked in this very thread on that topic.

Can the late posters please just read the news about the kill notification and let’s stop discussing whether it was doctored (all signs point to yes to the level that AP and other news outlets had to cancel it)? I just want to theorize the Why. Find the Why.

No, as previously reported they were able to get the meta data from the picture and it was edited in Photoshop both Friday and Saturday.
