If you don’t have empathy for the kids who just got left without a coach for the rest of the year not much anyone can say to you. He’s a jerk for this but there are other good coaches at the club that will step in and take over.

Also agree not a GFR issue and purely on coaches. Even if anyone can go anywhere -for more $ or any other reason- the kids get hurt if a coach leaves 1/2 way- that’s why most (but not all) teachers wait until end of school year if making a move - they do that for the kids.
