Sure they do. Players and parents chasing ivies factor HS decisions on a school’s ivy commit track record. Clubs get them recruited, we all know that. But parents want assurance the HS school will challenge the student / player academically so that she will be in the best position for ivy admission eligibility come recruiting time, especially now that ivies are heading back to standardized testing requirements. Schools with little / no history of sending kids to ivy schools may not be the best fit for players who want this track.

GC coach has as much to do with recruiting as many clubs, unlike a lot of HS coaches.

Also: GC has has many currently playing in the Ivy league as SJC right now. Except, GC alum is still in the NCAA tournament.

All I can say is many schools wish they could have what GC has . Probably at least 6 coaches on the sidelines plenty of players on the bench and great fan base support in the stadium. Lots of positive energy plus they can catch and pass . Not a GC parent just an observer .
