Your reading comprehension is poor.

Abortion isn't "central" to Judaism nor a "Jewish thing" - what is however a long-held, strongly held Jewish belief is that life begins at birth, not at conception. It is wrong, un-Constitutional and un-American that one religious doctrine should be allowed to trample another.

Jews can’t force their religious beliefs on the rest of the country via the courts. Let the people vote on it.

Very ironic statement considering roe was just overturned by the christian justices.

Those Justices did not ban abortion - they simply left it to the democratic process. The many sources I’ve cited illustrate Jews explaining how abortion is important to Judaism and bemoaning the fact that the Court is no longer forcing this Jewish religious view on the rest of the country.

You are trying way too hard with this crap. Hard right Christians just shoved their forced birth religious dogma on all of us regardless of our religions.

That’s objectively not true about the overturning of Roe—it clearly returns the issue to the people and the legislative process wherein everyone of every religious view (or non religious view) has representation via the ballot box.

Your brain is mush. That doesn’t make any sense at all. There are more Christians mathematically than any other religion in this country. What you so smugly propose is essentially Christian religious law forced onto every minority that isn’t Christian. And you damn well know that and want to force us into your religious views weather we like it or not.

Well, I have some news for you! Us non-christians are mot going to let that happen! You’re going to have to lock us up in prison. Good luck trying!

? How is preserving the right to make ones own choices forcing a viewpoint? It’s not. Just stop.

Nobody FORCED anyone to have an abortion. A Christian could live a happy Christian life and choose to never have an abortion. Christians right now are FORCING everyone else in society to not be able to have an abortion for no other reason than the fact that Christians don’t like it. If you can’t see the clear injustice of this then you have been brainwashed by religion.

Not at all. Just as with most things in life, people must decide on the law through their elected representatives. We must decide what is lawful and what is not—from what constitutes murder to the appropriate age to consider sex statutory child rape etc.

Overturning Roe gives the decision about abortion back to the democratic process. The articles I’m citing (including NPR) show Jews wanting to force a fundamental Jewish religious dogma on the rest of the country—that abortion must be available and legal regardless of the democratic will of the People.

We need separation of synagogue and state.

Fundamental reproductive rights should not be left to " Democrat process". Now we have half of our states where women are 2nd class citizens.

Jews are not trying to force you to have abortions, or to do anything else. Are you really not intellectually capable of understanding the distinction between that and someone else trying to force a woman to continue a pregnancy based on someone else’s “Christian” beliefs?

So please explain how anyone can force you to have an abortion. Oh that’s right, you can’t.

Well, you know what the solution is? Let's not have any laws regulating abortion. Let's make it a medical decision, like Canada does. Then Christians and other women who are anti-abortion do not have to have an abortion. And women who need an abortion can get one. Then we can focus on efforts to help the poor in our country.

Apparently it’s only criticism of Jews that’s unacceptable. Christophobia is just fine, right?

This is against Christianity. Just like the taliban doesn't represent true Islam, the warped 2nd Century current extreme wing of Catholicism is what I am talking about. Try again slavery loving woman hater

I like the Canada solution. Get the government out of this entirely. It's a medical decision between a woman and her doctor. Personal decision about a person's own body. You take care of your body and I'll take care of mine.

When you are losing the argument, just accuse the other side of being a bigot. Typical leftist tactic.

Just because you don’t like holding Jews to the same standards and putting Jews under the same microscope that’s always applied to Christians doesn’t make me a bigot. It’s Jews that are out there suddenly claiming that abortion access is fundamental to Judaism.

The Dobbs decision overturning Roe did NOT make abortion illegal or “force” a Christian dogma on anyone. It simply returned the issue to the people—all people regardless of religion—to decide.

I know you all think you’re being clever by claiming that Dobbs forced a Christian dogma on everyone; but you’re not.
