I hate this place. They are SO rude and nasty. I had high hopes of a fun restaurant in our community, but the service is so beyond awful. We walked out last time we were there.

The Chef is well known for disliking patrons. Robin, the woman in the video, is usually very nice. But I agree with a pp that the counter staff have often been less than friendly or helpful.

gillian clark has definitely earned a reputation for being bad on customer service. but people still like her restaurants because the food is good.

Honestly? I wonder if she uses the men's room because she looks like one. Guessing she wears the toolbelt in the family.

Wow, I have never gone as the menu looks blah and over priced (though the location is great) but half the time I drive by they look completely empty. I'm sure they've had interesting experiences and were just trying to have fun, but you don't post/put that stuff online.

I've been there a couple times because it's cute and close to me. I thought the service was OK. But I really hate the food. They were supposed to be known for their fried chicken, but it was horrible. Never again.

I would be pissed to if I showed up at a restuarant and they said "we aren't serving anything on our menu"

Definitely a sign that the economy is improving-if a business as precarious as a restaurant can afford to make fun of it's customers, it must be doing very well.

This just infuriates me. The people there are so rude and now to see this and realize it's part of the "culture" of the restaurant and its management. Makes me never want to go there again.

I like the food, and I like the humor that they show - Gillian is well known for an attitude, but I like the food enough and appreciate the extra seasoning .

Personally, I could care less about the service (or the video, although I admit it is tasteless). I would be willing to overlook the rudeness if I thought the food was worth it but I just don't. Went there this weekend for the first time expecting great things but just thought it was OK and very overpriced. I was actually kind of hungry when I left but had already spent way too much on lunch for two to buy anything else.
