The concept has already been relied. ECNL can implement now or later. But if they wait until later GA can one up them by implementing now.

I dont think so. The SY people would get what they want and the BY people would feel like the change made more sense. |

The style of play. Don't wait for the final word on SY/BY things (other than that's what's more than likely for all by Fall 26)! |

ECNL on podcast last year said people view exceptions, like trying to cheat for July and August hold backs, as cheating and insinuated they agree. This also killed off the belief that ECNL might create a biobanding loophole for Fall 2025 for Sept-Dec kids to play down. But not happening of course. |
