If it is his laptop, by what authority is Rudy or anyone else entitled to access files on the hard drive, access files in his iCloud accounts and files in other accounts not on the hard drive, and modify, print, pdf, transfer, etc. any of those files, and distribute any of those materials? The case against Hunter, such as it is, is based mostly on iCloud files that Rudy had no authority to access.
