| After a bad experience with Dr. Reiter several years back (nothing horrible, just insensitivity after a tragic pregnancy loss), I'm going back to the practice because I need to go somewhere that takes my insurance, and despite my feelings toward Dr. Reiter himself, I'm sure there are some other good doctors in the practice. If you go there and like your OB/GYN, can you please recommend them? Thanks! |
I would not especially recommend Sartawi - she is so-so and doesn't seem very experienced or interested. |
| Dr. Shawn Davis - she is very professional, great at providing information and even called me at home to check on me after a recent surgical procedure. |

Hill, Johnson, Engel, Osmun...I like them all. I even like some of the younger ones.
And yes, Reiter is one of my least favorites... |
| I really like Nevin, Muangman, Johnson, and Hill. Abraham was fine too. |
| I had a horrible experience with Loveland - I received absolutely no advice or follow up from her (or the practice generally) when I was given an unexpected cancer diagnosis. I swore to never use the practice again, but had to one more time and saw Dr Osmund who was very professional and I did like. But I am traumatized to this day at the way the practice delivered my cancer diagnosis to me and the fact that after receiving the news I never heard from them again. |
| Engel is my favorite. |
| OP, I am sorry about your bad experience with Dr. Reiter, that sounds terrible. (I eventually had a good experience with him at my daughter's birth, but I did not enjoy my office visit with him at 35 weeks or his gruff demeanor when he intially came in and told me I needed a CS after 1.5 days of labor). I'm also sorry about PP's experience with Dr. Loveland. I liked her, as well as Dr. Abraham. Dr. Osmun was my doctor at my daughter's VBAC, and he was very supportive, even at her 2:52 AM birth on a holiday weekend. Good luck! |

Loveland (delivered both my kids by c-sect) and Johnson, who I've been seeing for all of my annuals and prenatal care.
Really disliked Osmun (totally blew me off when I called about what to do when I was 6 mos pregnant and diagnosed with H1N1) and Abraham. |
| Muangman and engel |
| Engel and Jackson are very good. |
Agree. She is leaving anyway, though. |

Really? Where is Sartawi headed? I met her this week and really liked her. She spent more time with us than any other doc or NP has yet and made some good suggestions for us re cord blood banking based on family medical history. Abraham is my normal doc and she is fine, takes a while to warm up but has also given me time even when Iknow her schedule is backed up.
I went in not really sure about the practice but so far have been pleased overall. |
| Muangman delivered both my children. I also tried tos chedule as many visits with her as I could. (This is only a good idea if you are havinga scheduled delivery and know with some certainty that the doctor of your choice will be at the hospital when you deliver.) I also really liked Jackson and Engel when I met with them. |
