But yet they keep following and executing that failed approach in scouting and coaching. Insanity is when you keep doing the same thing and expect different results.

Absolutely correct. Their only hope is that the new director changes the focus. Which is possible. But, like has been said here before, it will take time. If you have a kid in the academy already, especially u15 and above, your time is running out. If you're just joining next year, your experience may be better and your potential ceiling may be higher.

Time is running out for what?
How many people on here have a kid at this academy u15 or above?

To make big strides in your development as a player. Especially in a weak development environment like DCU. Even if you have a kid that is u14 in their first year at DCU, this is all relevant.

What exactly is stopping a player from making strides in their development?

Give us the benchmarks, milestones and the time-line for development that makes a u15 become a professional?

What percentage of responsibility does any academy have and what percentage does the player have for big strides in individual development?

What did you say that is precisely relevant to a u14?

Being in a school of football that has poor teachers and no way of teaching the students.

Keep trying to deny DCU is weak. It won't matter. Your kids feet will be enough evidence

We already knew you had a u14 player at DCU. And we know who you are. Figure it out yourself.

You're looking at the scoreboard of games played by 14 year old kids and that tells you what?

Which system is teaching kids how to play football whilst also simultaneously focused primarily on the score?

Almost if not every team dcua plays against are using biobanded kids to win. That's their main and only focus.

DCUA uses all players on their rosters in different roles and positions.
That alone tells you winning isn't the priority, unless you're a moron who doesn't know soccer.

If the DC Academy was focusing only on beating a Bethesda or Achilles or SYC, they would only play on-age the best players in their preferred best positions.

You ignoramus should really stick to threads and topics about Capelli uniforms being late for delivery.

What is the scouting process steps and how is it failing?
What is the coaching philosophy?

What results are you measuring and against what?

Arent you tired of asking the same dumb a## questions. Next...

Aren't you feeling stupid shouting the same angry rhetoric about an academy that has nothing to do with you while running a dumb crusade to get others to join your misery pity party?

You're going after these kids like they're the Men's Senior Professional team being paid to win in front of paying fans.

Here's a million dollars.

Give the roadmap to how the parents of dcua kids can guarantee to be in the less than 1% of players that become successful Professional players?

Like was said, it isn't about the score, it is about the lack of football teaching and the reflection of that on the field.

The PP isn't saying anything. Just asking questions. Reality is they have no points to prove or disprove.

Maybe you should use a little critical thinking before posting tantrums

Then when questioned, you don't just lash out at being questioned, but can actually provide logical facts and truths.

But Stupidity can't hold up to logic. It only thrives among like stupidity.

Doesn't change the fact that DCU is the laughingstock of the MLS academy system

Really?
So the facts stated DCUA rotates their entire roster through different roles and positions to bolster individual development instead of playing the best players in their best positions to focus on winning isn't saying anything.

You consider that a question?

You can tap-out at any time.
