2024 Girls Lax WCAC ISL Outlook

GC wins easy on Monday with very similar score differential to regular season if not worse.

GC will overlook them leading to a tie game at halftime. GC will settle down and make the necessary adjustments and win by 4.

Go SJC. Win or lose, the last two years have put SJC girls lacrosse in the conversation. They should be proud regardless of the outcome. Their lack of depth will definitely hurt them with GC. But that midfield line of Ivy’s are some of the best in the area. As a an observer today, they have some underclassman who are overlooked. Build their confidence and they’ll be fine. The beauty of SJC is no one expects them to win, so I would play like I have nothing to loose. Some good ISL and WCAC lax over the next 72 hours.

Agree that many girls are overlooked on that squad and there isn't a lack of depth just a lack of subbing.

GC is head and shoulders above everyone. Good luck to SJC but won’t be close.

SJC’s time is over after Monday. They are carried by those seniors and will lose half of their starters to graduation with little depth developed.

Done as in SJC will be nowhere near as good after this year once their 6 seniors graduate. They completely carry that team and do the bulk of the scoring. GC starts 2 seniors and the 2nd leading scorer after the NW commit is a sophomore. GC started 2 freshmen and 5 sophomores last night.

SJC will be fine they have girls that would start at Ireton, PVI, SSS, etc.... that don't get a ton of minutes because those seniors are so good.

You mean the ones that played in the JV game vs GC and lost? Not changing into a JV uniform made them stick out.
