Their deep dishonesty is on glaring display here. The Shokin claims have been widely and repeatedly debunked. Numerous international organizations like IMF and others were calling for Shokin to be removed. The State Department was involved long before Biden was even made aware of it. This is all well documented. Not to mention the fact that it has been proven Shokin was not investigating or prosecuting Burisma, and was not investigating or prosecuting Hunter Biden.

Of course, IRS officials are not the charging entity, that would fall with the DOJ.

There are always agents that want to charge things and once prosectuors assess the actual law and evidence, choose not to.

Again, if there had been a there, there, Barr and Trump would have charged Hunter in the 2019-2020 time frame. That they didn't is the tell here.

Testimony disputes your claims
The IRS officials said that Two US Attorneys, two DOJ Tax attorneys, and the DOJ tax deputy asst. attorney all assisted with the investigation and agreed with the prosecution of felony charges in both the DC and Central District of CA courts. But, those US attorneys refused to cooperate.
