| I have a dry cake mix that will expire soon but presently I don't have an oven. So what if anything, can I do with this cake mix? |
| Do you have a toaster oven? |
Do you have one of these around the house?
|
| You can make a cake in the microwave. It's not quite the same as in the oven but it's still ok. |
| How about just make the batter and eat it?! (Yum!) Or, since the mix likely cost about $2, you could just chuck it or give it away! |
| I'm curious how you live without an oven. Do you have kids? |
| Donate it to one of the local food drives. |
How do you do that???? |
OMG. You're a wet noodle. |
No toaster oven. The lack of an oven is a long story, won't bore you with it. PP, how do u make a cake cin the oven, I'll try it? |
Insert an image? Copy the link to the image and then click "Img" (it's in the same row of options as bold, italics, etc.) when you're typing the message body. Paste the link and then click "Img" again to close the tag. |
Did you mean microwave? They should have microwave instructions. But honestly, why are you worrying about an expiring box of cake mix? Or is that a long story too? Do you have serious money problems, or is it an intellectual exercise? (I'm asking seriously) |
It's a Friday night and I'm reading a thread about expired cake mix on DCUM. I got the time. What's the story? |
| Why not borrow a neighbor's oven? |
