Unfortunately, none of them are known to be particularly good. If you really want to give it your all, I'd recommend one of the bigger name out-of-town clinics. CCRM, Cornell, SIRM, and the Cooper Institute in NJ are all known for their success with older, more difficult patients.

I second GW with Dr Frankfurter or Dr Dayal....conceived twins at 42

I have heard that GW doesn't shy away from treating older women or more difficult cases. The reason for this is that they are interested in the research and aren't as concerned about getting thir stats up for marketing purposes. While I'm not AMA, I am getting tratment at GW and they are excellent. I see Dr. Dayal.

I had success at Dominion Fertility...eggs retrieved the day before my 42nd birthday...b/g twins.

They also will work with low responders by trying NC-IVF if other AMA protocols don't work well.

Dr Sacks at Columbia Fertility is very friendly toward high fsh and older patients.

I wasn't AMA when I went to GW, but I second what a PP said. I think GW is very welcoming of all patients regardless of how likely they are to get pregnant. When I went through monitoring there, I talked to at leat one woman in line who said she had been other places and had been pushed to use donor eggs. So she was giving it a try at GW.

I saw Dayal. I absolutely loved her.

I am AMA and was only able to get pregnant at SIRM. I failed multiple IVFs with DF and VRCM. BFP first try at SIRM.

OP here. Thanks for all of the responses. What's involved in a out-of-state program? A two-week stay?

May I ask how old you were?

Can I ask how old you are and whether SIRM uncovered any issues that other clinics didn't? I have been thinking abt doing a consult there and am curious abt your experience. Also, which location did you use?

Around here, my current sense is that DF has the best lab and GW and Sacks are the best at stimming older women. However, GW did have an FSH cut off of 15 when I consulted there a few years ago, so they don't cater to all AMA women.

I'm 41 and pregnant from natural cycle IVF after multiple failures at 2 other DC clinics, so Dr. Gordon at DF get s my vote.

locally I'd try a NCIVF at Dominion if you have diminished ovarian reserve

otherwise I'd go for the big guns -- Cornell, CCRM, Cooper...
