He didn't pay taxes on money he earned in 2014 and Weiss allowed the statute of limitations to run out.

He is suing for government overreach (IOW the actual weaponization of government by the Trump Administration)

Based on the testimony of the so-called "whistleblowers" it is a slam dunk case.

Of course he is going to deny it. But the facts of the case were on public view during his testimony before the Congress. Hard to cover that up.
