A court of appeals has found that the law barring people under the influence of narcotics from owning a gun is unconstitutional.

At some point the prosecutor has to prove Biden was on drugs. The laptop shows evidences of tampering, file added and delete, missing time stamps, etc. Mac Isaac obtained the laptop in April 2019, claiming it had been dropped off by a man who said he was Hunter Biden and requested that the data on the damaged laptop be recovered. The man left no contact information..lol! Mac Isaac said that he is legally blind and could not be sure if it was actually Hunter Biden. Could stop right here in a court of law but let continue.

Thomas Rid a political scientist and disinformation expert at Johns Hopkins University, said emails on the laptop could have been forged or that forged material could have been mixed with genuine materials, a "common feature" of disinformation operations. There is no way to proof what is on the laptop is real. Also the laptop was not taken from Biden but from a group of people who specialize in political dirty tricks 8 months after the laptop was first discovered. Again no court will allow that as evidence.

Material similar to the hard-drive given to Isaac was reportedly circulating in Ukraine in May 2019. This is May in the Ukraine and Isaac got his laptop on April 12th. I guess Isaac works fast…lol? Igor Novikov a disinformation researcher said that the market for kompromat (damaging material) had been very active with political operatives rushing to respond to Giuliani's call for damaging information on the Bidens. Novikov characterized the materials available on the market as "extremely hard to verify, yet very easy to fake". Seems like Isaac got his version of “Biden’s” laptop from Rudy Giuliani.

The American voters don’t matter to hunter. He has to convince a jury, who will only hear admissible evidence. And there is very little admissible evidence that hunter was on drugs at the time he signed that form.

The American voters??????? Are you nuts? Hunter is not the President. He is not on the ballots for anything. He is a 50 something private citizen, he can defend himself as he wants, he can argue that the second amendment is absolute and even crazies and drug addicts in drug should walk around fully loaded snd this would have no effect on whether i vote for his father or not. His father’s ideas snd policies are what count. If anything, American voters should note that Joe Biden’s own DOJ indicted his own son for something that is generally not prosecuted with the same set or facts (no prior crime, no arrest while on drug and armed and so on).

A court of appeals has found that the law barring people under the influence of narcotics from owning a gun is unconstitutional.

At some point the prosecutor has to prove Biden was on drugs. When these cases(rarely) are brought it is typically because the defendant has been arrested with drugs in their possession or was on drug and was tested in an independent lab. The form is cross referenced against arrest records. Biden was never arrested or tested.

The case is based on the prosecutor saying Biden is a liar and he lied on this form. We know this because Biden(the liar) said he was on drugs. When the prosecutor is saying Biden is a liar why would rational people not think Biden was lying about the drug use?

The laptop shows evidences of tampering, file added and delete, missing time stamps, etc. Mac Isaac obtained the laptop in April 2019, claiming it had been dropped off by a man who said he was Hunter Biden and requested that the data on the damaged laptop be recovered. The man left no contact information..lol! Mac Isaac said that he is legally blind and could not be sure if it was actually Hunter Biden. Could stop right here in a court of law but let continue.

Thomas Rid a political scientist and disinformation expert at Johns Hopkins University, said emails on the laptop could have been forged or that forged material could have been mixed with genuine materials, a "common feature" of disinformation operations. There is no way to proof what is on the laptop is real. Also the laptop was not taken from Biden but from a group of people who specialize in political dirty tricks 8 months after the laptop was first discovered. Again no court will allow that as evidence.

Material similar to the hard-drive given to Isaac was reportedly circulating in Ukraine in May 2019. This is May in the Ukraine and Isaac got his laptop on April 12th. I guess Isaac works fast…lol? Igor Novikov a disinformation researcher said that the market for kompromat (damaging material) had been very active with political operatives rushing to respond to Giuliani's call for damaging information on the Bidens. The FBI “verified” the authenticity of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop in November 2019 and a federal computer expert assessed “it was not manipulated in any way,” IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley told Congress in explosive testimony released Thursday.

Investigators probing President Biden’s son for tax fraud and other crimes were not given full access to the laptop’s contents, however, Shapley told the House Ways and Means Committee during his May 26 deposition.

“The computer guy said that they could do a CSV list that shows when everything was created … the whole discussion was about can we rely on this information on the laptop, is it Hunter Biden’s? And their opinion was, it was, and it was not manipulated in any way,” he said.

Shapley confirmed key details in the chronology of the laptop, whose existence was first reported by The Post in October 2020 but dismissed as a “Russian plant” by then-presidential candidate Joe Biden.

“In October 2019, the FBI became aware that a repair shop had a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden and that the laptop might contain evidence of a crime.
