Salutations on this Thursday morning. As promised I bring you tidings of GOOD NEWS. Our two investors have given me permission to share their identities to allay any fears that our deal is in jeopardy. Since my last update I have personally identified and have had promising conversations with a potential new investor - NEO. Many of you might know him as "THE ONE." Neo brings a wealth of expertise in key domains such as the distortion of reality, the ability to resurrect, and most importantly the key skill of being able to stop all of the bullets speeding towards me - FIGURATIVELY speaking. NEO will provide the needed bridge funding in the latest and HOTTEST cryptocurrency Gibberishcoin (TM). This deal is done for all significant intents and purposes. There are a few minor TECHNICAL issues outstanding to be resolved. In the spirit of MY CONTINUAL TRANSPARENCY the insignificant details are:

1) Houston Oilers must win the Superbowl this weekend
2) Upper School head passes a polygraph test
3) I personal catch the Loch Ness monster

AGAIN, as you can see these are minor technical details which hold no major impact on moving forward with the significant investments. In GRATITUDE for the patience and trust you have shown me you will all receive a lifetime supply of the blue pill. I swear by its results.

One of the default judgments entered against Whittle in the NY courts is for failure to pay in full the premiums due to Zurich Insurance for their Workers Compensation and Umbrella liability policies through 2020. With that judgment outstanding, it boggles the imagination which insurance company would issue them a new policy and begs the question of what insurance coverages (if any) they're actually maintaining...

There's nothing for creditors and/or plaintiffs to recoup at this point. Though someone in DC government should step in and shut this down for all kinds of reasons, lack of insurance among them.

I also wonder if Whittle School is paying the unemployment taxes and tax withholdings for employees. I’ve seen some situations where failing businesses don’t do that, an it gets really messy.

They use an outside vendor for payroll so unlikely that's happening.

Outside vendors allow you to file and remit independently. I would not assume the taxes owed are being remitted on time
and in full. Yes, if the SIT taxes are not being paid this could be a real mess; but I can’t believe that the authorities would not step in quickly if this was going on.
