Actually, the article makes a point of saying it's the older workers who want to work at home. |
Your posts are too difficult to read with all of these extemporaneous line breaks. You can’t communicate clearly in writing, in regards to both style a s substance. Also I’m a Gen Xer. |
Oh dear! A Gen X! How great for you. I am also not impressed by your criticism. It is plebian and unsmart. To say it in my broken writing. Your criticism has all the characteristic of Grammarly user! |
| Too bad a certain phrase is still blocked on this site, because there was never a more appropriate response. |
Awww. You're so cute with your outdated dinosaur Big Boomer Energy.

Celebrating someone's birthday builds company culture? Please.

Awww, honey, keep raging. We're going to keep working at home and not being fired. Cry about it. NP, not a sock puppet, whose company has extended teamwork until at least 2023 |
LOL. Typo. I meant 2022, though 2023 would be nice.

Your sentence structure and syntax betray you as a non-native English speaker. Coupled with your over the top theatrics, you are probably a troll (maybe even in another country) trying to stir up trouble P.S. You failed. We're aughing at you. |
She's right. I own a company and so much is slipping through the cracks. Communications that took 20 seconds of face to face conversations are now long email chains. Client calls/emails are taking way to long. Productivity is no where near what it was 2 months into closing to in-person work. A memo is going out in June requiring in person attendance no later than September 1 or they will be fired. |
This is a management problem. |
No. She (if it's even a she, which I doubt) is not right. Your company is making poor, rigid choices and it will hurt your future acquisition of talent (if not make you lose existing talent). Also, you're in the minority, but have fun with that!
|
And also hopefully a troll. "way TO long?" My 4th grader has better grammar. |
Maybe but it's been a slow slide during remote work and no longer workable. Managers are on board with bringing everyone back. It's just too easy to slow down at home. |
So much resistance to the accountability of in person work. This instance of staying remote is making the case against your argument. |
