1. You went form being in your high horse talking smack with 7 Friendly goals to ZERO when it mattered. 2. Dirty?!......Loudon defense tactics: Push from behind and foul at all cost And last but definitely not least...... 3. Way to single out one player on YOUR Team for your loss. That’s real classy. Pathetic |

I've noticed that Loudoun do seem to foul a lot as a club - but I don't think it's exactly deliberate (can't speak for this particular occasion, team or girl). I think this often happens when a bigger team plays a smaller one, and Loudoun teams tend to be bigger, more athletic kids. It happens for two reasons: 1. Fouls by bigger kids on smaller kids tend to be more noticeable than the other way around, as the smaller kid is much more likely to go down. 2. Smaller kids are likely to be more technical (not that being small causes them to be more technical - but a kid has to get picked for some reason and if they didn't get picked because they are big and athletic then they're probably technical) - and more technical players tend to draw fouls as the ball is not where the tackler was expecting/hoping. |

Great news for the Loudoun soccer family. The bravo cable network has decided to pilot a new show entitled “soccer moms (and dads)” which is a little more low class then “Dance Moms” The 12 part series follows the crazy arrogant and delusional Loudon soccer moms from game to game. Some interesting twists include when there kids get worked and dominated on the field and collectively need to make excuses. Lots of tissues early on. Also some great footage of the moms emotionally breaking down when they realize the scholarship they have been hoping for their six grader may be a little premature. Special guest appearances from the rest of the soccer world who mocks
these small minded ignorant human beings for who they are. PS...man up. You lost. It’s not the everyone gets a trophy world you think it is. But, in an effort to make you feel better I’m sure that the pipeline 2011’s would have no problem scrimmaging you in the next few weeks for a little morale boosting. |
Good to know! We certainly wouldn't want to scrimmage the 10s looking at the butt whooping they took in the final. And of all people to talk about low class, it certainly shouldn't be you. Worst parents I have witnessed thus far in the 2009 age group. Sure, you beat us this time around. I'm sure will play again at some point. Please try not to yell and complain so much though. Good luck in your Spring Season. I wonder if PDA will beat you 12-2 this time around. And I wouldn't mess around with those Jersey parents either. |

OMG - someone struck a nerve.
It’s hilarious that you’re still so fuming over your kids getting dominated. Collectively you might be the trashiest group of people in Northern Virginia. You know the kind of people that think they have a little class but in actuality you can’t really escape who you are as a person. Remember it was one of you who started to talk trash after a scrimmage. By the way, are you even good enough to play PDA? How did you do against the Richmond 3rd team??? Bottom line is lets compare apples to apples. You lost. It kills you inside. You probably had to take a day off of work today because you’re still emotionally distraught. It’s OK, fourth/5th place is a really really good result. |

Sooooo true about loudon!!!!!
I’m just reading all of us and I thought that the Jefferson cup bracket wasn’t even going to be played and they were automatically going to give the trophy to Loudon because they are so so so good? I’m confused, you actually had to play soccer games? You just weren’t handed the trophy because you’re Loudon? |
| That is so fundamentally unfair that Loudon was actually made to play the games and not just given the trophy. |
| Let’s calm down Francis. Long way to go for all the 09s. Congrats to both Pipeline and Loudoun for being top bracket, playing well, and having strong results at Jeff Cup. Take it from a parent that has been through this process multiple times, there are lots of twists and turns to come in your journeys. Loudoun parents shouldn’t come on the forum and brag about winning a scrimmage or league game and Pipeline parents shouldn’t do the same for a tournament game. Fun to read these forums but let’s pull back the crazy a little. |
| Lol |
It is done and there’s a new other option for 09s looking to move. |
| clam down Mable |
I'm not sure what that means. Is it a recipe for clam soup, or mable syrup? |
| Ease up, Simba |
| Arlington 09 ECNL had over 100 kids try out for the ID session btw |
