5'6
162 when I got married. 19 years and 2 kids later, 172. I have a large frame and felt and looked good IMO at 162, which on me is a size 10. I'd love to be 155 again (size 8) , which is the lowest weight I've maintained as an adult but that was in my first post-college job where I worked 70 hours per week, spent a lot of time on my feet, ate crap, got sick regularly. I was definitely not healthy but I was slim for my frame. |
| I'm 5'6" and probably weighed about 135-140 when I got married 19 years ago. I'm 130 now, with 2 kids who are now teenagers. Main difference is that I eat better and exercise more now than I did then. |
Um.... You need to talk to your doctor. |

120...20 years later...170
Most of it depression pounds. |
| 123 17 years ago. Today I’m 115. I am 5 ft 3. |

5'2- married at age 31 and 124 lbs
now 55 years old and 135 lbs Have been 135 for the last 20 years. I'm always trying to lose 8 pounds but end up dropping a few and then gaining them back. I will say- one of my neighbors who is a bit older than me just lost about 15 pounds and looks like she aged 10 years in doing so. |

5’4, about 115 lbs at wedding, age 23
Now about 5000 lbs, age 49 |
| 100 lbs and 115 two decades later. |

5’7”
280 at wedding. 235-240 now. Got down to 195 with strict keto diet and extended and intermittent fasting when my depression was in remission, but it came back with the depression. It’s really, really hard. |

Age 22 5’5” 135 lbs when married
Age 37 and 125 lbs now I had three children and bounced back to the 135 with little effort after each and ate whatever I wanted. After my last child I really wanted a get in better shape and slim down more and those 10 lbs were HARD to lose. I think my body preferred 135, but my vanity prefers 125. |

Age 35, 5'6", 128 lb.
10 years and one kid later, 140 lb. (down from 146 in April). Now that I am working from home (and not taking grad school classes while working fulltime), I'm really trying to step it up with my workouts. I have a small frame, and extra weight goes to the wrong places. |
| 18 at marriage. Weighed 150 @ 5’9. Now I weigh 160 but I weightlift 6-7 days a week for the past 7 years. My body is much nicer @ almost 30 years old than at 18. Don’t be hard on yourself at only 6 months postpartum. I did not even begin to feel semi normal until at least 1.5 years postpartum. Plus, it’s so much cooler to see a fit women who has also given birth imo. Forget about the number and concentrate on finding a sustainable healthy lifestyle that suits you and your family. |
| 5'8. 150 at wedding, 142 now. |
| I was 130 pounds when I got married 11 years ago. 134 pounds now. 5’8 |
