May make sense in theory, but in practice.... Most colleges and universities in the US have not signed on to it. UChicago Prof Stone was one of its chief architects. He is that N-word prof. He has since stated he will no longer use the N-word in his classroom. He’s also disavowed Chicago Principles as unworkable (probably bc they allow the N-word and C and W-words during so-called “intellectual” conversation.)

Reporters have also contacted UChicago “distinguished” Prof Brian Leiter re: shitstorm he created after the shit hit the fan cuz he allegedly mailed packages of his shit to female colleagues in his stand of legal rights to the freedom of expression.
