Boomer women were really the first to enter the work force opening doors for the next generations while facing a very real glass ceiling and tremendous sexual harassment by the greatest generation. Female millennials would be eaten alive if they suddenly faced what boomer women faced. If not for boomers the environment would be much worse off than it is today accepting that more needs to be done. Boomers developed the businesses (Apple, Microsoft) that spawned opportunities for millennials.

Sadly, many millennials are like the pp - spoiled rotten by their boomer parents.

Totally the truth. Boomers especially women change a lot of things so the next generation would have it easier. And they do have it easier but they are resentful that their world is not on a platter.

My mother is a baby boomer. She wasn't in control of when she was born, just as no one else is. No one is in control of who they are, when they are born, to whom, how much or how little money their family has, etc. You are who you are.

If some of those Millennial couples moved to a cheaper part of the country, they could get more living space. Just a suggestion.

Boomers should go, give their children and grandchildren houses to live in affluent and job rich areas, and they should move to cheaper parts of the country. That's how it has been in all cultures, all across the world, for millennia but Boomers think they'll live forever. And act that way. They are in for big surprise.

Millennial here - I was rather shocked to see someone here thing their parents, who sacrificed for their homes and their kids care, should have to give up their own homes and just give it to the kids...because why? Such a entitled assumption here. Also what happens if there are 4 kids - does only one get access to the family home?

I don't think it's because your parents are boomers. Parents of any generation can and have treated their kids like crap.
