All right already with the yoga. Yoga is so boring. Nobody wants a 3 story yoga studio in that spot.

I've heard there could be an indoor gun range there. That would be interesting!!

Dollar store to offset high prices. Mcdonalds yum yum

Dream on - it is not your decision. You should have shopped there more often. Countless times I have seen community ask the developer or building owner for specific stores. Does not work that way - Maryland is just too liberal to understand.

I am a local business owner and am thinking of renting it out.

What about a strip club? Would really slice the area up!!

I much preferred Borders than B&N.

B&N never seems to have whatever I want to buy in stock or I have to order online and wait for almost a week. Very annoying.

They would be an absolutely ideal location for a yoga studio.

They could run several different classes at the same time if they divide up the space properly. They could have beginner classes, intermediate, advanced, Bikram, all in the same place. Plus maybe a vegan food bar or restaurant.

This is such an obvious choice, why isn't anyone talking about this?

Read the whole thread and it has been suggested several times. Know any yoga studios that can afford $3M in rent per year? Give them a call.

If it were the right kind of range, they could easily do $3m a year rent.

There's a place in Vegas that caters to Asian tourists who want to shoot machine guns. It's crazy expensive, but you have to book WEEKS ahead to get a ticket. DC area might be another good choice for this, and Bethesda is a good spot because it's on a metro line.

It would probably be too expensive for most locals to frequent very often, but it would do great with Asian tourists, who tend to be extremely wealthy AND have a huge interest in guns

Plus a full service restaurant on the first floor (per the article).
