And now she is offended because that twit Dorita tried to make a logical connection. It is quite possible that Eileen is being highly sensitive due to the recent many losses in her family.

Eileen is boring, and that statement she made "when you turn 40, you no longer care what people say about you. You just let it roll off you" is a lie. She obviously still cares a bunch what others say and think about her.

LVP should have left the show two years ago on a high note. It's too late for her now.

I agree it's exhaustingwatching Eileen fumble around and try to get her point across. She called her "direct" last night, which she is not.

I didn't see Dorit make any logical conclusions. The reaction from Dorit during that dinner party was that it was wrong that Eileen decided not to share with the others during the reunion that her mother just died. She said something about it not being "fair" to the others or something or maybe that's what Peeky said. Eileen didn't want her mother to be the reason that what needed to be said at the reunion didn't get said or for people to be soft on her because of it. I think the part about LVP got brought up by Eileen later after she was trying to further explain herself to Dorit so she would "remember".

I also wanted to add that it's really questionable why the timing of these two events (death/reunion) was brought up at all. Lisa R brought it up, right? Why? I don't get why it was important to share this. It seems to me that Eileen had every right not to say anything about her mom's death, but why bring up the timing later? Wouldn't the only reason for doing that be able to throw it back in someone face later? As in a ...you were so awful to me to the reunion and had no idea what I was going through...kind of way.

No, Lisa R brought it up, just as conversation, and to say, "Wow, can you believe she went through that? I have a lot of respect for her."

Geez.

Dorit and her weird, unattractive husband are some of the most manipulative people ever on a houswives show. When Eileen and Dorit were discussing what happened at Dorit's lunch, Dorit not only denied what happened but turned it all back on Eileen for even asking about it. That's a manipulator tirfecta. She and her husband both contorted their beliefs and logic in criticizing Eileen for not sharing the info that her mother had died with that crazy group of sharks. Their need to please Vanderplump is sad.

Dorit comes off like a bimbo and she wouldn't be with that odd lump of flub if he wasn't connected somehow with money. She may be the most hypocritical housewife of all time. I hate the way she constantly tries to shame Erika.

I think Eileen is the most real and honest of the women.

Also, how absolutely horrible was that luncheon Dorit invited Lisa to? It looked like 7 layers of hell. Picture yourself being sandwiched between Dorito, Peepee and that very weird guy and having to listen to that patronizing crap. What a handful of sexist bullshit. I can smell from here.

kristin chenowith?

She also reminds me of Taylor Armstrong with some of her facial features.

The bolded made me literally laugh out loud, especially Dorito and PeePee. So funny and true.

I feel like PeePee is a genuine emotional abuser or manipulater. Kind of like when he was telling Dorito how much he enjoyed seeing up Erika's skirt even though she was clearly shocked and uncomfortable with it. And then how he kept going after Lisa last night... twisting her words and being very patronizing, trying to break down her story or get her to slip up... it was weird to the nth degree and very uncomfortable to watch a man speak to a woman that way.

I agree about Dorit being hypocritical. The funny thing is she is married to such an ugly loser that none of the other housewives would touch with a ten foot pole, and yet she acts so smug. I also think Erika's husband is kind of gross, but I can see the appeal- he's smart and a good conversationalist, and if you don't mind a much older dude, a mind like that would certainly be entertaining to be around. There is absolutely NO appeal to PeePee at all, other than his money. It's kind of a sad reflection on Dorit that she had to settle for THAT.

OMG, you must have been listening to my DH last night. That's what he said--that Peepee needs to stop being such a little beeyotch. Hee.

I HATE Dorito, she's awful. And dumb as a stump.

I don't like Dorit, but I also really don't like Eileen.

I concur with all of the above. Eileen is looking for a storyline.

Dorito's luncheon was so cringeworthy. Had to love Dorito admonishing Lisa R. that she better be interesting since she only invites the best most interesting guests to her lunch/dinners. Hop to it big lips, you better be interesting or you get relegated to the table filled with random cast make up artists and hair dressers.

I agree with pp in not understanding Dorit's smugness. Does she really think they are on the top of the world in the music business when their claim to fame is representing Boy George? I'd bet their lifestyle is fake, bought on a credit card and the promise of air time for whatever products they are "showcasing" in their filmed segments.

I don't know if Peepee is abusive to Dorito but he tries to take the role of the ALPHA MAN in a kind of metrosexual european way that just does't work. I can't fathom having to sit there and listen to those idiots tell me how to handle my issues particularly concerning how I grieve over deaths of persons close to me. What asses.

I like Eileen even though she sometimes seems wooden. I enjoy when she is on the screen. I tend to fast forward past segments involving Lisa R with her kids and Vanderplump with her animals. They both have issues understanding what sexy is. (animals? no. your moody emo teen daughters? no)

I would never put Eileen with Vince. Don't get that one but a least her husband is slightly less of an ass to her than previous seasons. She tolerates a lot of crap from her loved ones that isn't normal.

I love Erika and I think her husband would be great to sit next to at a party. I think I like Eileen, Erika, and her husband because all 3 seem to lack the guile and manipulation I see in the others and they are most likely to clearly see the bs and manipulation around them. Erika's husband clearly understands what Vanderplump is all about.

I don't like Erika because she abandoned her son at a young age to seek fame and fortune. I also think she is as manipulative as all of the other women on the show. The difference is that she feigns indifference while she's manipulating.

Did Erika abandon her son? Who raised him? I know on the show she said he was a police officer somewhere...didn't mention anything about abandoning him!

I wonder where her son grew up. Erika married Tom in 1999, which would have put her at about 28 and Tom at about 60. I think her son would have been about 8 at the time of her marriage.

FWIW - Erika's son is an officer with the LAPD.
