Dorito's luncheon was so cringeworthy. Had to love Dorito admonishing Lisa R. that she better be interesting since she only invites the best most interesting guests to her lunch/dinners. Hop to it big lips, you better be interesting or you get relegated to the table filled with random cast make up artists and hair dressers. I agree with pp in not understanding Dorit's smugness. Does she really think they are on the top of the world in the music business when their claim to fame is representing Boy George? I'd bet their lifestyle is fake, bought on a credit card and the promise of air time for whatever products they are "showcasing" in their filmed segments. I don't know if Peepee is abusive to Dorito but he tries to take the role of the ALPHA MAN in a kind of metrosexual european way that just does't work. I can't fathom having to sit there and listen to those idiots tell me how to handle my issues particularly concerning how I grieve over deaths of persons close to me. What asses. I like Eileen even though she sometimes seems wooden. I enjoy when she is on the screen. I tend to fast forward past segments involving Lisa R with her kids and Vanderplump with her animals. They both have issues understanding what sexy is. (animals? no. your moody emo teen daughters? no) I would never put Eileen with Vince. Don't get that one but a least her husband is slightly less of an ass to her than previous seasons. She tolerates a lot of crap from her loved ones that isn't normal. I love Erika and I think her husband would be great to sit next to at a party. I think I like Eileen, Erika, and her husband because all 3 seem to lack the guile and manipulation I see in the others and they are most likely to clearly see the bs and manipulation around them. Erika's husband clearly understands what Vanderplump is all about.
I don't like Erika because she abandoned her son at a young age to seek fame and fortune. I also think she is as manipulative as all of the other women on the show. The difference is that she feigns indifference while she's manipulating.
Did Erika abandon her son? Who raised him? I know on the show she said he was a police officer somewhere...didn't mention anything about abandoning him!
