Nope. Were just tired of all the hatred the liberals heap on us. Why would I tell someone that I prefer Trump over Hillary when I know that the hostile, intolerant liberals are going to start attacking me? They have been completely obnoxious, especially considering how flawed their candidate is. And believe me, it's not that I LIKE Trump. There's lots to dislike, in fact. It's a matter of degree as far as integrity and dishonesty. Obviously, some people feel Hillary is worse. Just because you feel otherwise doesn't automatically make your opinion right and the other opinion wrong.

Even if you say Hillary and Trump are equals in the lying/corruption department, Hillary doesn't have a history of racism(calling american judge as mexican, monitoring muslim citizens, refusing housing to blacks), ineptitude about constitution or the economy or the world affairs in general, misogynist, running companies into the ground so many times, no respect for Veterans or for anyone but himself, thin skin that cant tolerate twitter insults cant be trusted with nuclear codes. All of these Trump negatives literally disqualifies him. Hillary is way better in core competency to be president.

Or that America has grown so much due to contributions from Asian Americans, hispanic, muslim, jewish, black Americans as much as white Americans. But they somehow feel whites are better. SMH.

The Republicans I know do not support monitoring muslim citizens (how ridiculous!) nor do they worry about the browning of America. Not a one has intimated that "whites are better." That's just such a stereotype that gives all Republicans a bad name. Maybe some are like that, but the Republican voters among my family and friends are concerned with the weakening of our military (lowest since WWII), the poor response to the threat of increasing terrorism, the irresponsible spending that has driven the debt to nearly $20 trillion and expressed intent to continue that spending, the poor treatment of our veterans (particularly in connection with the VA), sanctuary cities that care more about protecting criminal illegal immigrants than American citizens, and such. Then they combine those concerns with the concerns they have over Hillary's corruption, shameless lying, willingness to risk national security to thwart FOIA requests, and they have decided they'll go with Trump.

American military spending is combined spending of the next 10 militaries combined. So it is not weak. That is just NeoCon military-industry complex that Eisenhower warned about. More importantly military spending conflicts with your point about spending because Military is the highest after SS and medicare. No republican voter wants to cut the top three reason for huge budget spending which is almost 65% budget and Veteran affairs takes another 8%, approximately 75% is to be untouched, your fear of increased terrorism is just psychological, numbers doesn't bear that out. According to FBI stats white guy with a gun is still the top reason for mass murders. But Gun control, even taking away Assault rifle from those on terror watch list or no fly zone is a strict NO. How ridiculous is the feat of terrorism when your party doesn't want to remove guns from terrorist suspects?

What is most idiotic is Trump has no policy for any of the issues you raised. He afterall never made a thing in America or used American workers at his resorts preferring foreign workers. There is nothing that CAN BE done about il-legal immigrants already here. The smartest thing is to give them permanent residency and start taxing their income. Make E-verify mandatory and use drones to watch the border. That is smarter than a white elephant wall. Trump's budget cut for the wealthy will blow the deficit so much that it will need a 10% growth rate to balance, which is something US never achieved SINCE THE 1800s. So tell me what policy of Trump(he has nothing in his website) says he will fix all the American problems?

PP here. Some of what you say is valid, but you still show a great deal of hate and disgust for Trump supporters, focusing largely on racism. A couple of points....

First, nowhere did I ever say I was voting for Trump. To the contrary, I am very torn in this election as BOTH candidates are completely unacceptable. On one hand, as you point out, we have one who is nothing both platitudes and does not offer specifics on how he will achieve his objectives (although many are admirable). But on the other hand, we have one who is a blatant liar (even in the face of evidence), alarmingly corrupt, and cares more about her presidential aspirations than national security - and who gets away with it all.

Second, I was explaining how OTHERS are voting for him without being racist. I know many kind, compassionate people who are voting for him because they think Hillary is even worse. I share many of those concerns - one being that Lynch is not even trying to hide that she is covering for her. (Boy, would I liked to have been a fly on the "let's make a deal" plane.) She has blocked the FBI's recommendation for a CF investigation, and there is certainly enough "there there" to warrant one. (That, combined with Hillary's extreme measure to destroy beyond all recovery her deleted emails smacks of some pretty damning content.) So, Lynch is in her pocket, and with her as the DOJ head if HRC wins, Hillary will be confident she can get away with....well.....who knows what her corrupt mind can dream up.

Third, of course terrorism is in the rise. I don't know how you can deny it, unless you're continuing to fall for Obama's lies - we have them in the run, they're the JV team, etc. The Dems have been in denial, with the childish idea that if we're nice to bullies, they'll be nice to us. (Remember Lynch saying we need more "love" in dealing with these barbarians?)

So that's what the choice is coming down to - and the accusations of racism spewed at Trump supporters is drilling everything down to a single, unfair, and primarily untrue point. If we had a decent candidate on the Democratic side, there'd be no contest. (And the open-minded liberals I know have told me that if we had a decent candidate on the GOP side, there'd be no contest. The prejudiced Democrats have said they'd vote for a Dem over a Republican, no matter what.) But we do not. We have two horrible candidates, and each voter has to decide whose flaws are less horrible - an ignorant blowhard with minimal qualifications or a corrupt liar willing to risk national security for personal gains.

Stick to DC then. I just got back from vacation in NC, and saw many Trump signs and stickers. Notably, lots of the cars with Trump stickers also had Confederate flag stickers.
