I was thoroughly disgusted at the protests last night and those today. And, yes, it will increase support for Trump. Do these people protesting not understand that?
As they chanted, destroyed police cars, beat Trump supporters, and waved the Mexican flag, it made me like Trump just a little bit more.
These people certainly have a right to protest, but not a right to destroy cars and hurt others.

It made me feel proud. It made me want to go out there and protest against Trump myself. No jumping on cars or fist fights, obviously, but I would feel really good about holding some anti-Trump signs and shouting. i think he is a dangerous and menacing figure in America right now, and if he wins I will feel that I at least made an effort to voice some strong, strong dislike for him before it's too late. Like, I could brag to my grandchildren that I had stood up to him while others just thought, "What a douche bag" and let him get elected.

My kids won't let me go to any protests, though.

You were PROUD as the protestors destroyed police cars? You were PROUD as protestors dragged Trump supporters out of their cars? You were PROUD when protestors bloodied the face of a Trump supporter? You were PROUD that these protestors tried to take away the 1st amendment rights of Trump and his supporters simply because they disagree with him?
You have weird criteria for pride.

She supports everything she hates about Trump as long as it's against people she does not like....maybe it because Trump is white or a male who knows with these type of people. All we know is anything is justified.

No, that would be too easy for you. I'm proud that people are standing against someone filled with hatred, someone pitting Americans against each other and feeding his campaign based on the weakest, basest parts of our society. I also believe that immigration is not a right -- what I don't agree with is the hatred against immigrants that Trump and his supporters have.

He also has the worst personality imaginable. He does all the things we teach our kids not to do (at least I do): ridiculing others, lying, encouraging violence. He's anathema to me, and I think he's very dangerous. I see this as a pivotal pint in history -- read, "How could people have let that happen?" if he gets elected. So I'm PROUD that people are enraged, standing up against someone who could be a terrible, terrible president, for the US and for the world.

Sorry. All you just spouted does not condone violence. So far all the hyperbole about danger and hatred, the only physical violence done is by these protestors. You can be enraged and protest, but the violence negates everything.
If you say you support this violence you are complicit and just as bad.

Hate? Ridiulcing others? Violence? Very dangerous? Umm, the only people who are on the streets smashing police cars, inciting violence, and assaulting others are the Trump detractors. (I refuse to call them protesters.) If you want to show your kids what hate looks like, show them the videos from LA yesterday.

Wrong, that is one day. We've all seen the multiple instances of anti-Trump peaceful protesters attacked by Trump supporters after Trump eggs them on, then says they deserved it.

I already said "besides getting on police cars and fighting" in my first post. But if these people stood up to Hitler like that, I would be proud of them. Trump is a menace to our society.

There is no justification for violence and thuggery on either side when it comes to protests.

If you think that Trump is a menace then defeat him at the polls. I am a Sanders supporter and think that Clinton is a dishonest person in it for herself and will be a disaster for the country but the answer is to defeat her at the polls and if that is not possible then either withhold one's vote or choose to support someone else. Whatever my personal opinion of Clinton, it does not justify violence and preventing her from speaking to her supporters by blocking her ability to arrive at a venue to speak to them.

+1
And to the pp, they are not standing up to hitter, they are assaulting random people with different beliefs. Night and day, there is no way you can justify this despite your protests. You support violence when it suits you when there is no violence from the other side, full
Stop.and the whole One day hing, trump supporters have not invited this kind of mass violence that we have now seen at multiple rallies from anti trump hooligans.

According to DCUM, nobody really supports or votes for Trump. But according to this article, 10 million people have voted for him thus far. (Where are they all?) It is a big turn out just fro a primary ...

I think it is interesting how the media always says no one voted for him and everyone votes against him. How does he win all those States, then?

You are reading liberal media which will never say the truth.

Actually, the ridiculous part is that they say because he has received approximately 40% of the vote, 60% don't support him. But his main competitors have support in the twenties so 75-80% don't support them.

It is such a ridiculous argument they make and the goal is just to show that Trump does not have over 50% support - never mind that he had 17 candidates in the early days and even now there are three candidates running.

I already said as much multiple times on this thread. I said I wanted to wave signs and shout anti-Trump slogans, NOT jump on police cars and fight.

But have you noticed the failure by most of the media to outright condemn this behavior? Has Hillary Clinton said one peep about what happened?

If the same thing had happened at an event where Hillary was going to give a speech we would never have heard the end of it.
