Same. I'm getting really nervous about Monday because my work site is public facing and prioritizes staying open (even though I'm back office, I would have to go in or take leave). |

Telework will eventually return. Change is rarely this sudden. Pendulum swung too far and will swing back.
It also simply doesn’t make any sense and is inefficient. RTO in general is a mechanism to get people to quit, which doesn’t make sense because I’d want to choose who leaves as opposed to have it based on commutes. |

You are assuming caring about the government functioning. |
Plus many sub-agencies were affected by the anti-union EO, so even if the CBA is upheld, the workers still have to fight to be included in the CBA. |
My understanding is that in those agencies the arbitrations are on pause until the court resolves the issue about whether the union can exist but yeah, those folks have an even longer road ahead of them. |
| No telework and no work in a lot of offices at my former agency. Everybody is walking on eggshells and keeping their head down. |
| Telework only for doctor's appointments, mild illness but still able to work, or a home repair. |
It is nice that your agency allows telework for mild illness. Our agency does not (allows for appointment). People who were mildly sick were still go to work, and transmit their cold to others. |
| But of course telework during federal office closure and snow emergency. |
